Dear readers, we are please to advise, effective from 2nd April 2019, the current Athis Consulting Division of Exit F. SPRL will be formed as a separate entity, a new company based in Lucan, Dublin County, Ireland and henceforth will be called Athis Technologies, a Private Company Limited by Shares.
All the assets will move to the new company and the headquarter address is changed. Henceforth, all businesses activities and the AthisNews service still remain the same: there will no change in software development services, products and Analytics tools provided for our customers.
