The TPSO & ASO softwares assign tasks based on past experience & current workload. It assign each task in an employee’s queue. Each task has a duration which is affected by the worker’s affinity level with the task’s customer. This software includes parameters such as hard and soft level constraints, worker’ skills, major, minor & critical tasks…
Vehicle Routing Optimization
The VRO software schedule and optimize routes of a fleet of vehicles. It offer the possibility to assign tasks based on experience & on current workload. This software handle several cases such as salesman, technical maintenance, delivery… This also handle also existing map providers and tasks assignment.
This software also include several constraints such as multiple customers, Time windows (CVRPTW), vehicle capacity (CVRP), travel time (fuel consumption, hotel sleep, flight or train alternative modes), customer service duration, due and ready time, total distance.
Predictive Maintenance & Failure
The PMF software uses data mining, statistics and modelling to make predictions about future failures. This software use historical data to define a set of parameters, which can be used to determine what customer, plant or machine will need intervention or change in the future.
Stock Management with predictive tools
The SMP software uses data mining & predictive algorithmes to make predictions in an inventory management process which can lead to significant improvements in cost structure. This specific predictive inventory management includes applications such as demand forecasting and assortment planning. This can help to ensure that inventory levels are optimized for all participants along the entire supply chain as products go from raw materials to work in process to finished goods.
The “FO” software uses data mining & predictive algorithmes to make predictions in processes which can lead to significant improvements in cost structure. This tools can improve overall profit margins by improving stock, maintenance, routing and tasks schedulling.
Obsolescence & Lifecycle Risk Optimization
The “OLRO” software uses data mining & predictive algorithmes to make predictions in processes which can lead to significant improvements in the lifecycle management of systems. This Lifecycle management and Predictive Forecasting software is based on automated algorithmes to help users to handle its systems’ maintenance and obsolescence.
